The Company

The CFE was founded in 2009 as an public limited company in Zurich. Share capital: 100.000 CHF. The holding was merged from 2016-2018 in a transmission network from Switzerland to Malta.
The process is completed by official deletion in Switzerland, after liquidation of the registered office in 2017. CFE Ltd was founded in 2014. Currently, an increase in equity capital and a change of legal form to a Plc (public limited company) is planned. CFE, as a consulting firm, is part of a medium-sized European operating group of independent companies.

A performance department of the CFE is qualified to provide qualified, fully comprehensive and bank recognized external ratings by being accredited as a "Certified Rating Analyst" as well as an accredited "Certified Estate Analyst" according to the EU rating standards (EC No. 1060/2009).

CFE as trustee:

CFE acts as trustee for third parties and manages, among other things, apartment buildings, office and commercial buildings, commercial real estate and residential complexes throughout Germany with an asset volume of approx. 1.2 billion euros.

With the start of the 2Q/2020, the CFE in the field of "Consulting & Financing" has completed the validation process through the German Federal Office of Economics and Export Control.
Therefore CFE, as a consulting firm, is a fully accredited full member with its own BAFA-ID.
