1. Liability:
The following General Terms and Conditions of Business apply to all agreements concluded by CFE and prospective clients and to all use of services provided by CFE, particularly calculations, fees and other data. Use of services offered by CFE assumes binding agreement to these Conditions; where agreements are concluded, CFEs written Conditions also apply unless otherwise agreed in writing or prescribed by law. Conditions that conflict with or deviate from these Conditions do not apply.
2. CFEs Services
CFE provides the data and calculation programmes on its homepage (www.cfe-ag.de) to retail clients only.
On request, prospective clients can obtain an overview of the various financial services available via a list – or be sent – results of comparisons.
3. Warranties/Liability
CFE attempts to ensure these data are complete, correct and constantly updated but is not obliged to do so. The data, fees and conditions come solely from relevant financial institutions and providers and are provided by CFE without guarantee of content or information or calculations resulting therefrom. CFE makes no guarantee of the correctness or completeness of data or that all financial institutions or providers on the market are included in these lists or comparisons. Prospective clients use services offered at their own risk. CFE accepts no liability.
4. Rules of Use
Commercial use of information or calculations is expressly prohibited. Only retail clients may use them without a licence.
Making – full or partial – copies of CFE internet applications or data therein is expressly prohibited. The same applies to the sale and all dissemination or publication of statements or calculations prepared with CFE internet applications.
5. Data Protection
The operators of these pages take the protection of your personal data very seriously. We treat your personal data confidentially and in accordance with the statutory data protection regulations and this privacy policy. The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal data. As far as on our sides personal data (for example name, address or E-Mail addresses) are raised, this takes place, as far as possible, always on freiwilliger basis.
